In person · One-on-one · Palmdale

Training built forthe first six months, not the first week.

One service, done properly: in-person coaching, side by side, in Palmdale. I coach general fitness with a focus on strength training, fat loss, muscle building and overall conditioning — for beginners who want to stop feeling out of place in the gym.

  • Strength training you're taught, not tested on

Basic strength movements — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry — coached rep by rep. We start at whatever version you can do well today and add weight when a set looks solid. That weekly win is what keeps people going while the scale takes its time.

  • Bodybuilding-style work for the shape

Once the basics are yours, we layer in the bodybuilding-style volume that actually changes how you look: sets that build the chest, back, shoulders and arms while you're losing fat, so you end up denser instead of just smaller.

  • Conditioning that fits your week

Cardio has a job, but it doesn't get to run your life. Walking, intervals and finishers sized to your schedule and your shift, so conditioning improves without leaving you too wrecked to train.

  • Fat loss coaching in plain English

Protein at every meal, a moderate deficit, food you actually like. Nothing banned, nothing weighed to the gram unless you want to. If you eat at 11pm after a shift, we plan the 11pm meal.

  • Accountability that notices

Weekly check-ins on the average, not the daily number, and honest conversations when a week falls apart. I refuse to let my clients quit — that means you hear from me before a missed week turns into a missed month.

  • Everything is one-on-one. No group sessions, no app-only plans, no being handed a spreadsheet and wished good luck.

Your first month

What the startactually looks like.

  1. I

Week one — assess and teach

We find your starting point honestly and learn the movement patterns at a weight that lets you learn them. Light is not wasted; light is how it becomes yours.

  2. II

Week two — set the food targets

Protein first, a moderate deficit, meals built from what you already eat. Sized to your shift, not to a magazine week.

  3. III

Weeks three and four — start adding

Weights go up in small steps, conditioning gets its slot, and we check the weekly average instead of reacting to a daily number.

  4. IV

Month two onward — keep it boring

Same movements, more of them, done better. Boring beats extreme every time it gets a long enough runway.

Before you ask

Training questions,answered straight.

How many sessions a week do I need?+

Most beginners do well on two to four training days, and we'll decide together based on your shift and your recovery. Fewer sessions done consistently beat five planned sessions you can only hit in a perfect week.

Do I need to be in shape before I start?+

No, and that's the most common thing holding people back. Getting in shape before hiring a trainer is backwards. We start with what you can do today.

What if I have an injury or something that hurts?+

Tell me on day one. I'm not a doctor and I won't pretend to be, so anything medical goes to a professional — but I can work around aches and pick variations that don't aggravate them.

What does it cost?+

Pricing depends on how often we train, so I'd rather talk it through than post a number that doesn't fit your situation. Send a message and we'll sort it out in one conversation.

What should I bring to the first session?+

Training shoes, water, and the honest version of your schedule. That's it. Motivation is my job.
